Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME?

lura-store Ltd. uses gulf Post, Aramex and DHL for all its shipping methods

We send via gulf Post, Aramex and DHL eparcel. All parcels require a signature on collection. Postage is a flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $100. Free shipping is offered for orders over $100. We also offer a $14.00 Express Post option. We use gulf Post, Aramex and DHL as postage services. It is our discretion of which serve is used based on order value and suburb where the parcel is being sent to. Please note, at certain promotion times, free shipping may not apply.

Please note: We will not cover the cost of postage for parcels sent back to us delivered in error due to the incorrect address given or not collected from your LPO in time. Please double check your address, including suburb and postcode. We are not responsible for packages that go astray due to wrong postal addresses given.

International

We ship worldwide at a cost of $20.00 – $50.00, depending upon weight. Free Shipping Promotion over $100 does NOT apply for International orders.

Although a great and beautiful country, gulf is very far from the rest of the world and we have tried to keep our shipping costs down. We are not responsible for packages that go astray due to wrong postal addresses given. We cannot guarantee delivery within a set time frame due to various postal systems, however, for international postage, you should except your package within 14 business days. Please note that lura-store Ltd. is not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your country of shipping. Deliveries may be subject to random custom checks.

Heat Policy For Chocolate

lura-store Ltd. does not cover or accept any responsibility for heat damage as a result from freight. We suggest you order and pay for Express Post shipping if ordering during conditions of 28c or higher. We take special care in packaging chocolate during hot conditions, but unless selected, we ship via Standard Parcel Post.

We will replace any product purchased which is delivered in damaged condition, provided we receive notification of claim within 14 days of order date. If you wish to lodge a claim please contact us at support@ lura-store.com.
